Nurses
Practice nurses are qualified and registered nurses. They can help with health issues such as family planning, healthy living advice, blood pressure checks and dressings. The practice nurses run clinics for long-term health conditions such as asthma or diabetes, minor ailment clinics and carry out cervical smears.

Linda
Prescription Clerk
Linda is the prescriptions clerk at the practice although all of the reception team are able to issue repeat prescriptions.
Linda’s role is to deal with more complex prescription queries and requests from patients and chemists, working mainly with Sarah.
Linda works part time at the practice.
Kayleigh
Reception Supervisor
Kayleigh is Reception Supervisor at the practice and supports the practice manager with attending IT meetings and seminars and also ensures patients are recalled for their required reviews. Kayleigh leads the reception team and the day to day running of reception.
Kayleigh works full time at the practice.
Helen
Medical Receptionist
Helen works part-time as a medical receptionist and also looks after the carers’ register. If you care for anyone who could not manage without your support, please let any practice member know so Helen can update the records accordingly and offer you the appropriate level of support available to you.
Helen is also the veteran lead for the practice.
